I am an attorney and IT professional. In the legal field, my areas of interest include technology (particularly cybercrime and torts), consumer protection, and educational rights. In IT, I am primarily a Linux/BSD system administrator and PHP/Perl programmer.

I work as a system administrator at Brooklyn Law School, and also own and operate a small Internet service provider, Sandwich.Net, which I started in 1997.

My other interests include linguistics (which was my undergraduate major at UC San Diego), Japanese animation, and new urbanism.
